Navigating health insurance is not an easy task. We know this first hand. We've also gone to great lengths to simplify the process for you as much as possible. To provide the most convenience for you, we have instituted pre-authorized payment for our patients with in-network benefits. This means that at your date of service, we will only collect your copay or coinsurance. Once your insurance company determines patient responsibility and we receive the explanation of benefits, the remainder of your visit will be balance charged to the card (held confidently and securely by a storage processor). 

For those plans that we are not in network with, we gladly submit an electronic claim on your behalf. If you've met your out of network deductible, your insurance provider will often reimburse your visit.
